I focus on how judgment is formed, tested, and applied in real-world conditions—especially when decisions involve uncertainty, competing interests, and long-term consequences. Much of my work centers on helping leaders think clearly when pressure, incentives, and noise distort good decision-making.
Rather than concentrating on tools or trends, I examine how artificial intelligence is reshaping how people think, solve problems, and learn. The long-term implications for judgment, responsibility, and the development of problem-solving skills—particularly for the next generation—are central to this work.
